We need a website were all the content and videos can be viewed by the sites paying members. Also looking to have a store to sell merchandise. Once the website is up and running, looking to update it constantly with all the new media being created by our production company. Also will like to develop a separate site for the production company. Need someone long term to constantly work with.

This is a big project that can be broken down into smaller pieces. The membership paysite for adult videos can be a separate but a linked site to the online store selling merchandise. The company website for your production company is yet another which makes three projects. These 3 can be handled by three development teams held together by project manager.
Although I do not have expertise in web development, I do have experience in online stores - particularly in adding products, creating categories/collections and some simple navigation work on Shopify. Shopify is my idea for a turn-key solution to your online store needs but there are restrictions on "unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service." Managing a team of data entry professionals and knowledge workers on a daily basis is the closest I can think of.

I love it, although I prefer not to pay for it, but that is just due to financial constraints. I would enjoy working on an Adult site constantly.
