Thank you for inviting me for an interview.
I can do 350-450 words in 1 oDesk hour depending on the topic and the amount of research required.
Here is my 50 - 100 word sample on something manly:
Dressed in army camouflage, supplied with a jungle bolo, a compass, a map and a liter of water; your mission is to survive for three days in the dense Pinatubo jungle and navigate your way to an extraction point where an evac team will get you back home for a cold San Miguel beer.
