Discuss Whether Or Not Bats Hibernate
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bat

Bats are found on almost every continent in the globe, they only have two basic habitat needs; roosts and foraging grounds. There are some bat species that hibernate in roosts like caves, crevices, bunkers, wartime pill boxes and other warm damp places.
Fattening themselves up before the cold weather hits, they eat tons of food, building up their energy with stored fat in their bodies. They need a lot, since these winter naps are long and need a stockpile of fatty deposits to last during these cold months.
Majority of the bat species migrate to winter roosts for their very deep sleep over the winter months. A drive to protect these roosts is essential because bats have an important role in the pollination of plants and in the control of many insect species.
