passion

Hi!

I am not in the North American region but I would like to offer my VA services and help you get things done.

"In your proposal, please mention the word 'passion' and share with us your passion, commitment, and discuss two projects you are most proud of."

My passions have changed through the years and since I became a family man, the only passion I have is a passion for family.
When a commitment is required, I consider myself duty-bound and fully engaged.
I cannot discuss projects that I have done for clients due to confidentiality reasons - I hope you understand.
As for the idea of pride, I take no pride in my work because it is work. I take no pleasure or satisfaction and I am simply duty-bound. Pleasure or satisfaction is not for me and it is, however, appropriate for the employer who partakes in the services I provide.

I have a strong background in the call center industry and I have handled customer service, sales, retention, collection, appointment setting and other VA work.

I was in the call center industry for more than 5 years and I have been doing online freelance work for more than 8 years.

Adult Tube Vid Description Samples

Adult Tube Vid Description Samples

FartFantasy.com presents American blonde beauty, Allison Pierce. She is a pretty girl who gives us an up close view of her delicious rear as she blasts us with some gassy duck calls. You will see some great close-up shots of her sweet asshole peeking from her hot red panties too. The close up shots also capture her beautiful bung hole expelling those lovely ass tunes. She smiles and giggles as she lets out her baritone and trumpet tunes in this solo exclusive so keep your eyes fixed to her booty and your ears tuned-in to her windy backdoor trumpet.

This 18 year old pizza delivery person has some trouble with her shoulders from delivering all those pizzas. A free massage may be just what she needs to get all that tension to go away. Her tiny 4’11” package and bald pussy would soon meet up with some very large hands and fingers. This is only the beginning, as the massage gradually intensifies to some hot fucking action. Switching from position to position, she gets pounded over and over, taking away all that tension.

Jasmine would never have imagined the pussy thrills of pain and pleasure she would experience in a bondage public humiliation dinner party. Tied up and slapped around, she relishes in the moments of pain and pleasure ever more excited by the spectators holding their dicks and rubbing their pussies. She comes over and over uncontrollably as the dinner party participants cum blast her face and the rest of her body.

Marie’s bouncy ass cheeks and pussy lips scream out from that tiny pair of hot denim shorts. Bobbing up and down from that stool poolside and opening up that crack would drive any man ass fuck crazy. Watch her shove that glass dick inside her poop shute and lick it when she’s done. That is just the start of the show with the money shot facial spurting mostly in her wide open mouth.

I have worked on adult video descriptions for tube sites. Requirements vary but they are all pretty much the same. One major difference is word count per description. Right now I do 10+ words for a tube vid @20 cents each. May I ask what are your requirements?

I can start ASAP.
Thanks,
Norman

You still do not acknowledge the task you gave after presenting the quote you asked for. You're just being stubborn and unreasonable.

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-26-2014 05:29:09 AM

Let's see what Odesk team decide, if that quote was the contract between us.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-26-2014 03:38:57 AM

I see you have seen the quote you asked for and you have nothing more to say. Why don't you drop the dispute and save  them the trouble of going through this mess. Clearly you have made an error in filing this dispute. You may have been led by your emotions rather than thinking it through with your brain. You may have just forgotten that you gave me a task for 100 vids and thought I over billed you. Whatever the reason is, I will leave it at that.

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-26-2014 12:17:49 AM

Let's wait the decision.

[12/20/2014 11:38:08 PM] norqusi: you can add the next 50 and I will get them done  before monday
[12/20/2014 11:38:26 PM] Andrei Andreescu: k

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-25-2014 07:47:10 AM

Then quote me when I set the task for 100 vids.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-25-2014 06:32:07 AM

The initial task was set for 100 videos, 50 vids per oDesk hour no deadline was set except for the assumed completion in that work week. The Skype transcript will indicate the job was set for 50 and the additional 50 were to be added and he did some time later so for that work week it was 100 vids and they needed 2 oDesk hours which was billed but  his refusal to let me complete led to this. Again, I would like to say that he did not end the contract, he paused it with the intent of having me remove the hour in dispute and continue on with the job without the oDesk payment guarantee (adding manual time only), I then ended the contract. Again, if he did not refuse completion we would not be in this mess. There is absolutely no "double time," the task needed 2 hours and that is all that was billed, Failure to complete was his fault for refusing my attempts to complete and accept my services.

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-25-2014 02:13:12 AM

He keeps saying the task was 100 vids. There is no such thing in the contract. There is $11 for 50 vids.

He tracked 2 hours and did 58 vids then he asked me on skype to change the contract because he was sleepy when himself proposed this contract terms that i accepted.

So I ended immediately the contract. He should track for what he works not double time then ask for offline work.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-25-2014 01:09:17 AM

The task (100 vids) required needed 2 oDesk hours and that is what was billed but while completing the task he prevented me from doing so and here we are now. If I was only allowed to finish the task, the task would be done in the exact amount of time - no more no less. His assumption that I will bill him hours without designated tasks is erroneous and indicates his lack of understanding regarding the matter. He designated work that needed 2 oDesk hours and it was tracked and billed through guaranteed payment. It was not completed because he prevented me from getting it done. No further work was laid out and that concludes billing. The task is laid out, I bill the hours needed to complete the task and get the task done on deadline, it would have been done had it not been for him preventing me from doing so.

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-24-2014 11:37:54 PM

There is not a "agreed amount of oDesk hours". He wants me to accept 2 hours and to "finish the job". If he was doing 5 hours, the "agreed amount of oDesk hours" would be 5 and I had to accept further "off the clock" work from him - to "finish the job" - I don't think is fair him to decide what the job is and whatever the amount of time he wants to work.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-24-2014 06:49:57 PM

If he had allowed me to finish the job "off the clock," which I was doing at the time he paused the contract, the job would have been done in the agreed amount of oDesk hours but by his refusal and not allowing me to continue working on it, he has created the over billing situation himself. To add and to reiterate he does not want me to use the time tracker so an hour worked is not an hour paid, rather he wants to circumvent that oDesk privilege by requiring manual time and that is not guaranteed payment.

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-24-2014 09:21:16 AM

What he says here:

"He does not want to acknowledge that the work that was done tracked on the oDesk time tracker is the issue"

- is not true, in fact I acknowledge that the work that was done on the oDesk time tracker is the issue.

It's only half that had to be done in that time he tracked and I'm asking him to cut one hour because he tracked double time for the amount of work.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-24-2014 06:04:05 AM

He does not want to acknowledge that the work that was done tracked on the oDesk time tracker is the issue and yet he brings it up again and still it shows in his last statement, " ...I don't think anyone should bill before and force the client to accept his further work."

----
From: andrei nicolae - 12-24-2014 04:14:27 AM

Norman says 'the task has to be done'. The task is what he can do in the logged time in terms of contract. He worked 2 logged hours what the contract states needs to be done in only 1 hour.

I told him I prefer the hours to be added manually - which was accepted before contract started and refused only after. But that being "the real cause for my action" is incorrect. My dispute cause is he doesn't want to delete 1 logged hour.

He wants me to compel to accept his further work for 1 billed hour and he wants to work with clock off until he reaches the terms.

But I don't want to work with him anymore, first because he asked to change the contract on skype and he said he was sleepy when he proposed the terms of contract that I accepted. And second I don't think anyone should bill before and force the client to accept his further work.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-23-2014 05:37:13 PM

My former client points out that there is an issue with billing but if the task needed a certain amount of oDesk hours and the job was to be completed in the said amount of time with no expressed deadline other than the assumed completion in that work week, the task has been done to spec. Payment is then rightfully due for services rendered under hourly oDesk contracts and assured through the oDesk time tracker which I did. My former client has a problem with this and he keeps on bringing it up in the dispute and as I have stated previously, he preferred to have the time added manually to circumvent that oDesk privilege which I was not about to give up.This is the real cause for action of my previous client.

Quote from Skype transcript:

----------------------------------
[12/21/2014 7:20:45 PM] norqusi: it may be billed in advance as you say but it does not mean I will not complete the task

Quote from normansodesk Dec 23, 2014 9:35am UTC:

-----------------------------------
The terms were 50 vids 1 oDesk hour and I fully intended to complete the task but he refused to let me complete it.
-----------------------------------

I think is clear. You can't bill before work done and compel employer to accept your work in advance.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-23-2014 01:35:59 AM

He had the option to decline the terms I was renegotiating. There was no mention from me that the work was not going to be done as agreed. The terms were 50 vids 1 oDesk hour and I fully intended to complete the task but he refused to let me complete it. True, there was an offer to add hours manually which was OK  but hourly contracts are not meant to be set for manual time only. Hourly jobs are always tracked through the time tracker for guaranteed payment and optionally freelancers are allowed to enter time worked manually which is only paid upon approval from the client and I am not about to allow a client make me lose that oDesk privilege. By jumping the gun and assuming that I would not do the job according to the original terms, we are now here in this mess. The only reason why there were only 58 vids completed is because of his refusal to let me complete it. I am still open to completing the remainder of the vids but I do not wish to work for him ever again. A transcript of the Skype conversation we had from the start is attached.
Cheers,
Norman

What contractor says "We had an agreement that 100 vid descriptions were to be done" is incorrect.

The contract was not defined by any number on vids. It happens that 100 new vids were just uploaded in my script at that time. And I told him every time he's finishing 50 I will upload another new 50 vids.

He forgot to say he proposed different terms of contract before even finishing that 100 vids he's talking about.

I told him if he can add hours manually. He didn't refused that at first. He just asked me to increase the payment per hour at $10 so his target per hour will be 50 vids. He worked 2 hours and did 58 vids.

Then he asked me to change the contract so he can earn $135 for 500 vids.

----
From: norman simbulan - 12-22-2014 03:45:30 PM

The client is not disputing the hours because I "logged double time". We had an agreement that 100 vid descriptions were to be done, I logged the hours on the oDesk tracker but the job was done halfway at this point, I was going to do the rest of the task "off the clock" when he paused the contract and refused to let me finish the task.  He misunderstood the contract renegotiation I proposed but it was not really that, he wants to have me enter manual time instead of tracking my hours on the oDesk time tracker. I have a complete transcript of our argument on Skype. He called it "billing in advance."
He also did not end the contract immediately, I did that, upon reaching the conclusion that he was unwilling to use the oDesk time tracker, I ended the contract. Why would I subject myself to a contract that has no payment guarantee. I work on oDesk solely because of the guarantee that "an hour worked is an hour paid." You can verify the whole thing either through the transcript he has or I can provide that too.  I have never over billed any of my clients, I do slack off sometimes and do other things at home while logged on the tracker, like take care of my daughter, but that is all part of what makes working at home ideal - you get to work while you stay with your family. All contractual obligations are always met and I do not add the time required to finish them. The agreed output in the agreed upon oDesk hours - always.
I hope for your just resolution of the matter and to end my response, may I just emphasize, just to have you know what kind of client the guy is, he does not want oDesk workers using the time tracker on hourly jobs. What reason does he have other than to circumvent the payment guarantee?
BTW, please tell me if you need the transcript of the Skype conversation me and the client had.
Cheers,
Norman

Hi, I would want to fill a dispute because the freelancer logged double time for the work he done and he asked me on skype to change the contract so he can earn more.

I ended this contract immediately and I asked him to delete an hour and he said he wants to work more without logging more time but I don't trust him anymore after asking for more money, i won't let him log in my script again.

I can provide script login for you to see his work and teamviewer so you can see what we talked on skype.

Best regards,
Andrei

[12/20/2014 11:39:47 PM] Andrei Andreescu: ;)
[12/20/2014 11:41:03 PM] Andrei Andreescu: one last thing, do not use the same descriptions you find in the files names, we'll have same files on multiple sites and need unique descriptions
[12/20/2014 11:41:11 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'm uploading the vids...
[12/21/2014 9:59:40 AM] norqusi: Andrei, with me being sleepy last night, I had made a miscalculation regarding the contract. Pardon me for saying this, and I know it was me who offered, I could be earning more at the rate you first proposed (@$2.7), 500 vids at this rate would be $135. 500 vids / 10 vids (per hour) = 50 hours. 50 hours x 2.7 (per hour) = $135 (without oDesk fee). With odesk fee (it will be $150). I propose to lower the output to 37 vids per hour and you can adjust the contract hours to 14 hours and I will only use 13.5 hours. 500 vids / 37 vids (per hour) = 13.5 hours. 13.5 hours will then cost $134.86 without odesk fee) - $149-$150 (with odesk fee). I hope this is fair and cool.
[12/21/2014 5:53:01 PM] Andrei Andreescu: wait what?
[12/21/2014 5:53:51 PM] Andrei Andreescu: where did you come 10 vids per hour ?
[12/21/2014 5:54:29 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you wanna spend 6 mins for 1 vid?
[12/21/2014 6:06:32 PM] norqusi: I dont really need to spend that much time on one vid. I may have assumed erroneously. pardon me. what are their targets? are they the same as mine? just dont want to be doing more than what they are required to do and I certainly do not want to make less.
[12/21/2014 6:24:03 PM] Andrei Andreescu: how much time you logged for 60 vids?
[12/21/2014 6:24:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: we dealed yesterday you add time manually
[12/21/2014 6:25:12 PM] norqusi: 2 hours but I dont know if I did 60
[12/21/2014 6:25:36 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you said you add manually 1 hour for 50 vids
[12/21/2014 6:25:45 PM] Andrei Andreescu: delete 1 hour
[12/21/2014 6:26:16 PM] norqusi: I will complete the vids as agreed.
[12/21/2014 6:26:21 PM] Andrei Andreescu: no
[12/21/2014 6:26:34 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i paused the contract
[12/21/2014 6:26:37 PM] Andrei Andreescu: delete 1 hour
[12/21/2014 6:26:50 PM] norqusi: I know you paused the contract.
[12/21/2014 6:27:14 PM] norqusi: Itis ompossible to do the 50 vids in 1 hour. that why they are not done yet.
[12/21/2014 6:27:27 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you just said so yesterday
[12/21/2014 6:27:31 PM] norqusi: they will be done off the clock
[12/21/2014 6:28:11 PM] norqusi: 50 vids = 1 oDesk hour
[12/21/2014 6:28:24 PM] norqusi: the rest offline of course
[12/21/2014 6:28:58 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you said is impossible to do 50 vids in 1 hrs ?
[12/21/2014 6:29:21 PM] norqusi: yes any one who can is superhuman
[12/21/2014 6:29:37 PM] norqusi: maximim perhaps would be 20
[12/21/2014 6:29:39 PM] Andrei Andreescu: why did you asked me for 11$ per hour ?
[12/21/2014 6:29:48 PM] Andrei Andreescu: to log more time now and scam me :)
[12/21/2014 6:29:52 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'll report you
[12/21/2014 6:29:56 PM] norqusi: to do the vids ion 1 hour and the rest offline
[12/21/2014 6:30:13 PM] norqusi: no scam
[12/21/2014 6:30:34 PM] Andrei Andreescu: have youi deleted the last 1 hour?
[12/21/2014 6:30:39 PM] norqusi: that is the going rate for 50 vids
[12/21/2014 6:30:56 PM] norqusi: no I have not deleted the hour
[12/21/2014 6:31:08 PM] Andrei Andreescu: great, i'm going to mods for that hr
[12/21/2014 6:31:34 PM] norqusi: the job was for 100 vids in 2 hours but the rest would be done offline and will be completed
[12/21/2014 6:32:01 PM] Andrei Andreescu: the job was not saying 100 vids in 2 hrs
[12/21/2014 6:32:08 PM] Andrei Andreescu: just delete that hr
[12/21/2014 6:32:08 PM] norqusi: I have billed the time and the vids will be completed as agreed if you wish to
[12/21/2014 6:32:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i changed the pass, our contract ends today
[12/21/2014 6:32:41 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you are billing me before and force me to accept your work?
[12/21/2014 6:32:41 PM] norqusi: I can still compete the 100 vids
[12/21/2014 6:32:50 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i don't need that
[12/21/2014 6:32:54 PM] norqusi: what ?
[12/21/2014 6:33:08 PM] norqusi: are you saying that the work is not up to par?
[12/21/2014 6:33:27 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you are just billing me before work and ask me to reopen job for you and complete them... well i don't think i will like what you will doing there
[12/21/2014 6:33:48 PM] norqusi: You misunderstand
[12/21/2014 6:34:11 PM] Andrei Andreescu: no, i didn't checkl the description yet but i don't trust anyone that bills before and force me to accept whatever he wants
[12/21/2014 6:34:14 PM] norqusi: is the quality of the work unacceptable?
[12/21/2014 6:34:25 PM] norqusi: have I provided description ssthat suck?
[12/21/2014 6:34:31 PM] Andrei Andreescu: is your behaviour unacceptable
[12/21/2014 6:34:44 PM] Andrei Andreescu: to bill before and force me accept further work
[12/21/2014 6:35:07 PM] norqusi: what behavior, the job was  laid down, the job will be copleted as agreed but you will not allow it
[12/21/2014 6:35:25 PM] Andrei Andreescu: we didn't agreed you bill hours before
[12/21/2014 6:35:43 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and we doidn't agreed for 100
[12/21/2014 6:35:50 PM] norqusi: you are saying that I should have the bill aproved before
[12/21/2014 6:36:06 PM] norqusi: work then get paid?
[12/21/2014 6:36:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'm saying we agreed you add hours manually instead of starting the clock
[12/21/2014 6:36:29 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and you started the clock at 11$ and spent 2 hours
[12/21/2014 6:36:44 PM] Andrei Andreescu: give me my bucks back dude
[12/21/2014 6:36:48 PM] norqusi: adding time manually does not give me the guarantee of payment when it comes to the oDesk terms
[12/21/2014 6:36:53 PM] Andrei Andreescu: delete the last hour and let's move on
[12/21/2014 6:37:12 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i don't want you to work more just delete that
[12/21/2014 6:38:11 PM] norqusi: logged time is paid time on oDesk thatis why prefer hourly  jobs. The work is billed and I do the work with a guarantee that i get paid.
[12/21/2014 6:38:29 PM] norqusi: you do not get shot changed
[12/21/2014 6:38:32 PM] Andrei Andreescu: will you delete that or try to keep my money ?
[12/21/2014 6:39:24 PM] norqusi: no that is work hours worked I can do the completion of the task and you can get your task done
[12/21/2014 6:39:39 PM] norqusi: I am safe and you get work done
[12/21/2014 6:39:41 PM] Andrei Andreescu: fine
[12/21/2014 6:39:51 PM] Andrei Andreescu: task is whatever you bill before so
[12/21/2014 6:39:58 PM] Andrei Andreescu: so you determine the task
[12/21/2014 6:40:28 PM] norqusi: the 100 vids ned to be done
[12/21/2014 6:40:37 PM] Andrei Andreescu: who said that?
[12/21/2014 6:40:39 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you?
[12/21/2014 6:40:58 PM] norqusi: well if you dont allow access the vids dot get done
[12/21/2014 6:41:06 PM] Andrei Andreescu: ok master excuse me, i forgot you billed me before so you are the boss
[12/21/2014 6:41:06 PM] norqusi: the hours have been billed
[12/21/2014 6:41:49 PM] norqusi: you are the boss but we had an agreement and I am going to complete it if allowed to
[12/21/2014 6:42:12 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'm not the boss you are the cammer
[12/21/2014 6:43:11 PM] norqusi: My reputatin in oDesk is a clean one and I have billed clients before like this and completed the task as required I just dont get why you dont want to get the job finished
[12/21/2014 6:47:06 PM] norqusi: Are you still there? I just dont get the manual time. If I do that I do not have guaranteed payment and I am not doing that. I will log the hours and complete the task as agreed. There should be no issues.
[12/21/2014 6:59:07 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i checked your work i don't like it
[12/21/2014 6:59:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: tomorrow will be in review
[12/21/2014 6:59:27 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'll ask mods to delete all time logged
[12/21/2014 6:59:45 PM] norqusi: See there is the scam
[12/21/2014 7:00:10 PM] norqusi: work that is good then reorted as something you do not like
[12/21/2014 7:00:13 PM] Andrei Andreescu: what scam i have good reputation on odsk dude :)
[12/21/2014 7:00:24 PM] norqusi: you approved the samples and itis the same quality
[12/21/2014 7:00:42 PM] Andrei Andreescu: will see next week
[12/21/2014 7:00:53 PM] norqusi: if it is the same quality as the samples it should be good work
[12/21/2014 7:01:04 PM] Andrei Andreescu: not ir really sucks
[12/21/2014 7:01:24 PM] norqusi: ok then the work was acceptable at first and now its not
[12/21/2014 7:01:47 PM] Andrei Andreescu: no the work was not accepted at first the work is what you logged
[12/21/2014 7:02:07 PM] norqusi: I mean the samples dude
[12/21/2014 7:02:19 PM] Andrei Andreescu: yeah dude the work sucks
[12/21/2014 7:02:35 PM] Andrei Andreescu: especially when billed before
[12/21/2014 7:02:41 PM] norqusi: why did you hire me then of the samples sucked. it does not make sense
[12/21/2014 7:03:09 PM] Andrei Andreescu: because you tricked me
[12/21/2014 7:03:10 PM] norqusi: what is the guarantee then for hours worked
[12/21/2014 7:03:22 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you did some nice samples and look like honest person
[12/21/2014 7:03:23 PM] norqusi: you word?
[12/21/2014 7:03:34 PM] Andrei Andreescu: then you started billing more than what you did
[12/21/2014 7:03:42 PM] norqusi: i dont think so, hours logged is work done and should be paid
[12/21/2014 7:03:55 PM] Andrei Andreescu: they suck
[12/21/2014 7:04:00 PM] Andrei Andreescu: all work suck
[12/21/2014 7:04:22 PM] norqusi: again why did you hire me if the work was not up to par, you make no sense
[12/21/2014 7:04:46 PM] norqusi: a boss that hires just about anyone , even the ones that do bad work
[12/21/2014 7:05:11 PM] Andrei Andreescu: they look ok at first, i mean the test
[12/21/2014 7:05:22 PM] Andrei Andreescu: but what you logged was just for scam
[12/21/2014 7:05:32 PM] norqusi: nope
[12/21/2014 7:05:49 PM] norqusi: i did the same qulity as the samples based on the requirements you stated
[12/21/2014 7:06:16 PM] norqusi: 5 words or more title 10 words or more etc
[12/21/2014 7:07:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: well i should figure out when you asked for 10$/hrs what is in your mind
[12/21/2014 7:07:35 PM] Andrei Andreescu: to bill whatever you want then ask me for even more
[12/21/2014 7:07:38 PM] Andrei Andreescu: like scammers do
[12/21/2014 7:08:35 PM] norqusi: I billed the hours at that rate and will complete the task requierd whats the problem
[12/21/2014 7:08:57 PM] Andrei Andreescu: 60 vids 22 bucks...
[12/21/2014 7:09:09 PM] Andrei Andreescu: that is for vid 1.50 $
[12/21/2014 7:09:17 PM] Andrei Andreescu: 3 sentences for 1.50
[12/21/2014 7:09:26 PM] norqusi: it will be 22 at 100 again it is incomplete but you wont allow copletion
[12/21/2014 7:09:34 PM] Andrei Andreescu: that is like 5 cents per word dude
[12/21/2014 7:09:46 PM] Andrei Andreescu: wow 5 cents per word ....
[12/21/2014 7:10:07 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you are really a scam artist
[12/21/2014 7:10:48 PM] norqusi: i dont know about that but it waas 500 vids at $100 right? it is all in the agreed rate and output
[12/21/2014 7:11:24 PM] Andrei Andreescu: at 500 vids you would bill me 1100$
[12/21/2014 7:11:31 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and ask to even more
[12/21/2014 7:11:34 PM] norqusi: a scam artist does not have a clean recod on oDesk
[12/21/2014 7:11:49 PM] Andrei Andreescu: like give me another month dude we agreed 1000 vids!
[12/21/2014 7:11:51 PM] Andrei Andreescu: :))
[12/21/2014 7:12:32 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i don't think we both will have after this
[12/21/2014 7:14:00 PM] norqusi: you do not like the quality of the work but you liked the samples the samples and the work done is the same what gives. The logged billing I do is guaranteed oDesk payment and I do the work required so i really dont know what the problem is.
[12/21/2014 7:14:28 PM] norqusi: Do you not want  me to get guaranteed payment for hours worked?
[12/21/2014 7:14:55 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i want to talk with mods next week
[12/21/2014 7:15:30 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'll point that we dealed 50 vids for 1 hr and you billed me 2
[12/21/2014 7:15:40 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and also i don't like your work
[12/21/2014 7:15:48 PM] norqusi: you do that but I stand behind the work done and you are the one who prevents me from completing the work required
[12/21/2014 7:16:03 PM] Andrei Andreescu: no you already billed
[12/21/2014 7:16:12 PM] Andrei Andreescu: for what you didn't
[12/21/2014 7:16:19 PM] norqusi: you tell them that and tell them that I want to complete the work but you wont let me
[12/21/2014 7:16:26 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and you wnat to force me
[12/21/2014 7:16:48 PM] norqusi: force you to do what? have me complete the task?
[12/21/2014 7:16:54 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i will tell them you want to 'complete the work' after you billed me already
[12/21/2014 7:17:26 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'll tell them i don't trust you because you billed me before
[12/21/2014 7:18:14 PM] norqusi: the hours logged are hours worked and the work needed to get done will get done with no additional hours and only at  the hours agreed upon.
[12/21/2014 7:18:35 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and you asked me for 10$ to add hours manually
[12/21/2014 7:18:51 PM] norqusi: say 100 vids for $22 at 2 hours
[12/21/2014 7:18:59 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i'll show the contracts i sent you before
[12/21/2014 7:19:09 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you did only 60
[12/21/2014 7:19:15 PM] Andrei Andreescu: actually 58
[12/21/2014 7:19:23 PM] norqusi: you dont want me to complete the rest
[12/21/2014 7:19:28 PM] norqusi: i still can
[12/21/2014 7:19:38 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i don't want you to bill me whatever you think
[12/21/2014 7:20:25 PM] norqusi: i only bill for what hours i worked and the output required no more no less
[12/21/2014 7:20:44 PM] Andrei Andreescu: well we have a deal for 100 in that hours
[12/21/2014 7:20:45 PM] norqusi: it may be billed in advance as you say but it does not mean I will not complete the task
[12/21/2014 7:21:09 PM] Andrei Andreescu: we didn't agree you bill in advance
[12/21/2014 7:21:22 PM] norqusi: yo are just afraid of me padding the bill
[12/21/2014 7:21:24 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and is not as i say is what it is
[12/21/2014 7:22:11 PM] Andrei Andreescu: and i really don't like the work
[12/21/2014 7:22:13 PM] norqusi: Let me say that when I sat that work will get done in 10 hours (example only) it will get done in that amount of time no more no less and it will be billed at the hourly rate agreed.
[12/21/2014 7:22:38 PM] Andrei Andreescu: you billed in advance that is it
[12/21/2014 7:22:44 PM] norqusi: you did te first time and that doea not make sense
[12/21/2014 7:23:19 PM] norqusi: when manual time is added this does not guarantee paynment and that is not ok with me
[12/21/2014 7:23:57 PM] Andrei Andreescu: well that is what we agreed before and you did otherwise after
[12/21/2014 7:24:23 PM] Andrei Andreescu: i gotta work now because i work on oidsk too for that money so we'll talk tomorrow
[12/21/2014 7:24:26 PM] Andrei Andreescu: bye
[12/21/2014 7:24:46 PM] norqusi: an hourly job is an hourly job and by making consesions on the p-ayment guarantee I am at a disadvantage
[12/21/2014 7:25:03 PM] norqusi: forget it them bye

Application/Cover Letter
Sometime in 2010, if I am not mistaken, I was asked to develop a Quality Assurance Program and subsequently worked as a Quality Assurance Verifier for a small 50 seat call center. If you think that my experience is sufficient to take on the tasks I can start immediately.
Thanks,
Norman

Have you done any QA work in the past?
Yes, I developed a Quality Assurance Program and subsequently worked as a Quality Assurance Verifier for a small 50 seat call center.

If the calls are on average of 6 minutes. How many calls do you think you could listen to and submit for scoring per hour? (Please look at the QA form and the guidelines to determine what we are looking for)
I suppose 10 would be a safe assumption as an average hourly rate if the calls are only 6 minutes long but I am not certain of this and we can only find out in actual practice.

How many hours a week would you be able to work?
Right now with a few projects on hiatus, I am free for 30 hours a week but that could be cut down to 15 hours weekly when they come back on. If I may be permitted to do a minimum of 15 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week, it would be ideal.

What days and times are you usually available to work and to be on Skype?
My availability is anytime from 10 am to 1 am GMT+8 but the actual number of hours can vary from 1 - 12 hours depending on what I have on my plate for that day.

Application and Cover Letter for Creative & Enticing Product Descriptions Needed (ADULT)

Application and Cover Letter for Creative & Enticing Product Descriptions Needed (ADULT)

Creative & Enticing Product Descriptions Needed (ADULT)
I require someone to write creative product descriptions for approximately 100 products for a high end adult e-boutique.
Products include Massage Oils, Massage Candles, Burlesque Accessories, Designer Adult Toys, Light Bondage Equipment and other bedroom accessories from leading Adult Toy brands such as Lelo, We-Vibe and Bijoux Indiscrets.
The descriptions need to appeal to a target audience of Upper Middle Class Women aged between 25 - 50 who are predominantly in relationships.

Application/Cover Letter
I am currently doing the exact same thing for a client and I am still free for 10 hours each week.
Please check out some sample work at:

http://ph-erotica.blogspot.com/p/sachas-stories.html
http://ph-erotica.blogspot.com/
http://odesk-writing-samples.blogspot.com/
I may need a few attempts to get the target audience of Upper Middle Class Women aged between 25 - 50 who are predominantly in relationships just right. Although, I think that what I currently do for the gay genre is appropriate - minus the gay element of course. Some of these items you mentioned are exactly the same items I have already done.
Actual description samples are, I'm afraid, not available because of client confidentiality. Perhaps a paid trial might be best, to test the waters and then we can continue if the results are acceptable.
I can start immediately.
Thanks,
Norman

Why did you apply to this particular job?
It is the same as another contract I am working on.

Which part of this project do you think will take the most time?
The writing and sometimes additional research - the data of some items is sometimes inadequate.

What past project or job have you had that is most like this one and why?
Product descriptions for adult novelty items.

Application and Cover Letter for Product Descriptions

Application and Cover Letter for Product Descriptions

Product Descriptions
Product Descriptions.
In need of a skilled, native speaking writer. We are an E-Commerce site, that sells paintball equipment. Product descriptions for most items are currently available but need to be rewritten to differentiate for your competition. The descriptions we need can be very technical, and will require some outside research.
Estimated 1200 descriptions. 150ish words per product.
Samples from our inventory will need to be provided before hiring.

Application/Cover Letter
Although I am not a native English speaking writer, I have done this sort of thing before but not for the paintball equipment genre. That said, I normally do research to write the descriptions and if the research isn't too time consuming then I can create 3 product descriptions per hour. If you prefer samples to be written from your inventory, perhaps you can set up a paid hourly oDesk trial for an hour and I will do 3 items from your inventory.

What does make you different from other applicants?
If the native English speaking requirement is non-negotiable then thanks and do not read further.
Perhaps what makes me different is the fact I that I have done this for a couple of clients. Application and Cover Letter for Webshop

Webshop
I have a psysical store, trading with cosmetics perfume etc, i would like to build a wepshop with about 200-300 products,

Application/Cover Letter
A turn-key solution is available for you and that is a Shopify Store. I can create an online Shopify store with a free theme and get it off the ground and running. All 300 of your products will be added including the pictures and organized into different categories or collections. Navigation work will also be done to make product searching a breeze for customers. The drawback here is I do not do design work but with all the tedious work done, a developer/designer will only be needed for a few tweaks and you can save some cash. Consider the option and check Shopify out at this link http://www.shopify.com/?ref=norman-simbulan. That link is my referral link and perhaps if you sign up using my link, I can get funds to create a Shopify store selling adult novelty toys which I have been planning for months.
I hope I have not wasted your time and at the very least provided you with some helpful information.
Thanks,
Norman
